Whether your child is 6 or 60\, this workshop is for anyone who wants to reconnect\, repair\, and grow. \n\nLearn how trauma and mental health patterns are passed down—and how to break the cycle\nPractice small but powerful communication and self-care skills\nDiscover Oregon-based and national resources for healing\nReflect through real-life examples\, not textbook lectures\nNo pressure to share—we welcome quiet listeners and active participants alike\n\nThis is like a “snack-size counseling session”: supportive\, practical\, and filled with warmth. \n**Worried about cost?
