We work with many local and national insurance companies. Because each insurance plan is different, we can’t tell you exactly what will be covered until we verify your benefits. As a courtesy, we will verify your insurance and submit your claims for you. However, please remember that our contract is with you—not your insurance company.
We accept most insurance plans, including Medicare and Oregon Health Plan (CareOregon, Health Share, and Open Card). If you’re going through financial hardship, we also offer a sliding scale based on income.
We believe that professional mental health care is a right, not a privilege. That’s why we offer a sliding fee scale to fit all financial situations. If you are in need of the sliding scale option, please be sure to fill out the financial assistance form here (you’ll also find it at the end of the Request for Services form).
We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, and checks.
Notice to Clients
No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay. There is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income. For more information, ask at the front desk or complete our financial assistance eligibility form.
Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)
Under the No Surprises Act, if you don’t have insurance or choose not to use it, you have the right to get an estimate of the expected costs for your medical services, including psychotherapy. This is called a Good Faith Estimate. You can ask your healthcare provider or any other provider for this estimate before scheduling a service.
If you get a bill that is $400 or more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Be sure to keep a copy or picture of your estimate.
For more information or questions about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059.
